Thanks for visiting. I've been carrying out international field work for NGOs for about 15 years. Major subjects include wetland and forest conservation, wild birds and plants, farming, animal rescue (dogs and baboons), and environment, health, and religion in India. See my resume and read more about my work. Also see my projects, books, and videos. My photo library features 12,000 photographs from the Americas, South Africa, and India, that you can explore through galleries, search, or keywords.
What's New? April 1, 2014 - I recently finished another amazing six months of field work in India, including one month in Calcutta and four months in Pushkar, where I documented rural areas, worked with the Tree of Life For Animals NGO, and did charitable health care work. I should have photo updates by the end of April. I'm in the US until August, when I go back to India. I'm available until then for photo field work and web design. Below are a few images from India.
